Please read the following Terms and Condions. By attending the attpointment you legally agree to the following :
Appointments
You will be sent a consent form 48 hours before your appointment to be completed before you arrive at the studio. (If you have any problems we can help you complete this when you arrive.)
If you have any medical issues/require any medication that may cause an issue with the tattoo or piercing process please discuss this with us well in advance of your appointment to ensure things run smoothly on the day.
We cannot tattoo or pierce you if you are pregnant. You must not attend your appointment if you suspect that you may be.
Artists or piercers may require confirmation from your GP that a tattoo or piercing procedure will have no health impact on a condition or interfere with any medication. If requested this must be supplied, and failure to do so will result in a lost deposit and the appointment will be terminated without exception. Artists or piercers reserve the right to ask for GP confirmation wherever they deem appropriate and this is not an optional choice for a client. We hold a duty of care to each client that can not be overlooked under any circumstances.
For a tattoo, your artist will be in touch at least 24 hours before your appointment to confirm your design or appointment details. Please contact us if you do not receive any communication by this time. Designs are usually sent before an appoinment to the client unless personal circumstances of the artist arise. If you are worried that you have not heard from us then please get in touch!
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the time and date stated. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice requires full payment (unless exceptional circumstances). The artist may then chose to reschedule you at no extra cost you yourself depending on circumstances.
Artists or piercers reserve the right to reschedule any appointment at short notice, even up to the time of the appointment due to health reasons or personal circumstances. We will endevour to contact you as soon as possible if this situation should arise. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are up to date so we can contact you if necessary.
Any client who fails to attend an appointment on the day might not be rebooked with any artist in the studio - at the studios discretion . Anyone cancelling with less than 24 hours notice might also not be rebooked with any artist. (Unless exceptional circumstances).
For tattoos : If we cannot contact you within 24 hours of your appointment to confirm any design details required and we are have had no contacct since booking then the appointment space may be lost as the artist has no time to complete any design.
Payment
All deposits paid are to reserve an appointment space and are non refundable. For a tattoo appointment - once a design has been sent then deposits are non refundable under any circumstances.
No tattoo design will be sent or appointment reserved without a deposit, even if a time was offered. If no deposit is paid then the appointment remains unconfirmed.
Maximum cost is always discussed with clients prior to the tattoo or piercing procedure.
The deposit paid will be taken from the total cost of the price quoted on the day.
All appointments must be paid in full before leaving the studio on the day of the appointment attended.
The price of the tattoo is influenced by detail, colour, size and placement on the skin.
Price is set by design or piercing and not by time taken. We will only charge by hour for tattoos if a client adds to a design on the day and this would be discussed prior to any changes.
If the tattoo session is finished due to the client and not because of the studio or artist , then the customer is required to pay the full cost of the session. The remaining time already paid for would then be transferred to the next appointment.
A full day tattoo session is deemed to be more than 4 hours in the studio, or for a size or quality of tattoo that the artist or studio deem the value of a full day cost.
Prices are non negotiable and set by the artist, piercer or studio based on quality, skill and experince - and all materials the artist and studio require for the procedure.
Under the exeptional circumstance that any session were to end early due to the artist or studio : clients will not be charged more than by how much of the tattoo has already been completed. We will always endevour to bring the tattoo to a suitable end if such a situation were to arise.
Other
We reserve the right to refuse custom or terminate an appointment if we feel uncomfortable, intimidated or harassed in any way. Artists can refuse design ideas if they believe it would not make a good tattoo or contains any offensive material.
YOU MUST NOT USE NUMBING CREAM FOR ANY PIERCING.
If you intend to use numbing cream for your tattoo then please discuss this with your artist before you attend your appointment. If numbing cream is used the client accepts responsibility for reading all information about the chosen product and understands and accepts the risk of possible adverse reaction before or after usage.

Clients will receive appropriate after care advice before leaving the studio and via email. This must be adhered to. Any issues arising after completion of the tattoo or piercing procedure and regarding aftercare or adverse skin reaction are entirely the clients responsibility. Once you leave the studio it is your responsibility to care for your new tattoo or piercing, skin and any medical issues that may arise. Artists cannot be held responsible for any issues arising once the client leaves the studio. You will be provided with appropriate advice on who to contact should any adverse reaction or infection occur.
It is illegal to be tattooed under the age of 18 or under the ifluence of alcohol or drugs. We will not tattoo anyone this applies to under any circumstances.
By attending the appointment in the studio you agree to all above points ,and consent to be tattooed or pierced. Attendance also requires that you are aware of potential risks associated with the tattoo procedure (including the risk of possible allergic reaction to inks).
